8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
1 Can Pumpkin (2 cups)
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Ground Clove
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 c. Caramel
1/2 c. Half & Half
2 Eggs
1 Unbaked Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the mashed pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, salt, vanilla, and beat until well incorporated.

Mix the room temperature caramel into the pumpkin mixture and stir until no caramel chunks remain.

Beat the half & half and eggs together until well combined. Slowly add the egg mixture to the caramel pumpkin mixture and stir until well incorporated.

Pour into the pie crust and bake for 45-55 minutes or until just set (clean toothpick). Let cool completely before serving.
