12 oz. zucchini, shredded (2 C.)
1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple, in juice
2 C. flour
1/12 C. sugar
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. allspice
3 eggs
3/4 vegetable oil
3/4 C. thawed frozen pineapple juice
1 t. vanilla
3/4 C. walnuts, chopped
1/2 C. golden raisins
Cream Cheese Frosting

Directions:
1. Place zucchini in strainer, let drain 30 min. Drain pineapple. Remove & reserve 1/4 C. for garnish.

2. Preheat oven to 350º
