3/4 C thawed frozen limeade
2 C. water
1 T. light corn syrup

1. Stir together limeade, water & corn syrup in med. sz. bowl. Freeze in ice cream maker following manufacturers directions. Transfer to freezer container with tight fitting cover and store in freezer.

2. To serve, scrape sorbet with a spoon & pile into serving glasses. If sorbet is very hard, let stand at room temp. to soften slightly. Garnish with a lime slice

TIP: to make Margarita Sorbet, add 1/4 tequila.
