Bottom of the Round Rump Roast is the best cut.
Flour
salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 for 10 minutes
Rub flour over roast to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook a 4lb roast for 1 1/2 hours for medium.
