1 4lb Beef Brisket
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 c Sliced Onions
1/2 c Chili Sauce
3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic
1 (12 oz.) Beer
2 1/2 tbsp. Flour
2/3 c Water
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim Brisket, place in 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. pepper over brisket and top with onions.
Combine chili sauce and next 3 ingredients, stir well and pour over brisket. Cover and cook at 350º for 3 hours, uncover, bake additional 20 minutes.
Place on platter, reserve 1 1/2 c cooking liquid.
Place flour in small pan, add water, stir with whisk. Add reserved cooking liquid for making gravy. Pour over Roast.
