3/4 C. Flour
1/8 t. Salt
1 C.& 3 T. Sugar
2 t. Baking Powder
3/4 C. Milk
3/4 stick Butter
1 Large can of Peaches

Pillsbury ready made pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in oven in deep baking dish. Meanwhile, stir 3 T. sugar into undrained peaches, set aside. Mix together: flour, salt, 1 C. sugar and baking powder. Stir in milk and mix well. Into the middle of the melted butter, pour the batter. DO NOT STIR.
Pour peaches into middle of batter. DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Best served warm...and with vanilla ice cream.
