Rhubarb Pie Recipe

3 C. Rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 C. Sugar
6 T. Flour
1/2-1 t. Cinnamon
1-2 T. Butter or Margarine

Pillsbury ready made pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dice rhubarb. Place in pie crust (heap in center of pan). Set aside.
Mix together flour, sugar & cinnamon. Pour over the rhubarb. Dot with butter. Cover with remaining crust. Pinch seams.
Cut vent holes in top.
Bake for 12 minutes at 450º then reduce heat to 350º and bake 30 minutes.
