1 head lettuce, washed and chilled.
8-10 slices of bacon, fried crisp
2 large tomatoes
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken, chilled
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced

Barbecue Salad Dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Barbecue Salad Dressing: Mix ingredients for salad dressing together; cover and chill. Makes about 3/4 cup.
Just before serving, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces (about 6 cups). Break bacon into large pieces. Cut each tomato into eighths. Add bacon, tomatoes and chicken to lettuce. Toss with dressing. Garnish with egg slices.
