1 C. butter ( 2 sticks)
1 lb powder sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 lg. eggs, room temp
2 1/4 C. flour
1 C. 1% milk
3/4 C. yellow corn meal
1 T. each grated lemon & orange peel

GLAZE:
2/3 C. sugar
1/4 C. each fresh lemon & orange juice

1. Heat oven to 350 º Grease a 12 C. bundt pan.

2. Beat butter, sugar, baking powder, in lg bowl with mixer on low speed til blended.
Increase speed to high: beat til pale & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.

3.On low speed beat in flour & milk til smooth. Beat in cornmeal & peels til blended. scrape into bundt pan/

4. Bake 50-55 min. til a pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 min, then invert cake on rack Place wax paper under rack.

5. Mix Glaze ingredients, Brush over cake. Let cool.
