1 (151/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained
1 medi. onion, diced
1/2 med. green bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/4 c. Egg substitute
3 slices bread, crumbled
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, break the salmon into pieces with a fork. Remove the bones and skin.
Add onion, bell pepper, parsley, lemon juice, egg, bread and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat the oil in medium skillet and cook the patties over medium heat. Brown for 3 minutes on each side and serve.
