Ingredients:  
2½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans
1 10oz jar of seedless raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, margarine, sugar, egg and pecans in mixer bowl

Beat at low speed until crumbly

Reserve 1½ cups of mixture

Press remaining mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan

Spread preserves to within ½ inch of edge

Top with reserved crumbs

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes

Cool completely and cut into bars
