1 Chocolate cookie pie crust
1 Cup marshmallow crème
1/3 Cup caramel sauce
2 Cups vanilla ice cream
1 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Cup peanuts, lightly salted
1-2 Goo Goo Clusters chopped (optional)

Directions:
Layer marshmallow crème evenly over the pie crust.
Spoon caramel over marshmallow layer. Follow by adding the ice cream. Set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, mix the vegetable oil with the chocolate chips and melt in microwave for about 1 minute. Stir and melt for another minute if necessary. Spoon quickly over the ice cream.

Cover with peanuts (and Goo Goo Cluster pieces optional) and freeze for several hours before serving.
