1/3 C softened butter
1 C sifted confectioner's sugar
1 tsp desired flavoring (eg: almond extract, vanilla extract, rum, brandy)
ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar gradually, while beating constantly. Add flavoring an beat in well. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.

Note: if using brandy or rum, you may add as much as 1 T rather than 1 tsp. Taste test for best results.
