1 Box frozen chopped broccoli
2 oz. Velveeta Cheese
1 Lipton onion/mushroom Soup Mix (envelope)
2 oz. Pimentos (diced)
1 Cup Uncle Ben's Original Long Grain Wild Rice
1 1/2 Cup of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cooked rice according to box directions and set aside.
Take broccoli and thaw, rinse, and drain it well.
Cube up Velveeta cheese
Drain pimentos
Add heaping cup of cooked rice
Add onion/mushroom soup envelope
Add Water
Mix all ingredients well

Bake at 350º, 45 mins. to 1 hour or until fluid is absorbed on low to medium heat.
