2 c. cooked rice
1 lb. minced meat
1 package streaky bacon
2 tbsp. garlic powder, or 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, chopped
48 oz. tomato juice (or equivalent of large Campbell’s cans)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat with garlic and onion, cook and chop the bacon to small spices and mix together in a large casserole dish with cooked rice. Add tomato juice. You can make it as soupy as you like. Cover with foil and bake in over 350 F for about 20-30 minutes.
