35 Oreo's 3 C. crushed
6 T. melted butter
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. sugar
2 T. cold milk
1 12 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/4 C. cold milk
2 pkg. (4 serving sz. ) chocolate instant pudding

In med bowl mix cookies & butter. Press firmly into bottom of foil lined 13 x 9 inch pan.
refrigerate 15 min.
Beat cream cheese, sugar & 2 T. milk in med. bowl with wire whisk til smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/4 C. of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.

Pour 3 1/4 C. milk in lg bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 min. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 min. or til thickened. Drop remaining whipped topping over pudding. Spread to cover pudding.

Refrigerate 4 hrs or over night. Cut into squares..
