2 cups Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
4 Eggs
2 cups Grated Carrot
1 cup Crushed Pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cup Oil

Directions:
Directions:
325 45 - 50 minutes

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream sugar and oil, add eggs.
Add vanilla, carrots and pineapple.
Combine dry & wet ingredients.
