dressing
1/2 c sour cream
3 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp milk

Salad

4 c shredded red cabbage
10 oz frozen peas thawed
1 c shredded carrots
1 med sliced cuke
2 tbsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
in small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients. In large bowl layer 2 c cabbage, 1 c peas 1/2 carrots and 1/2 c cuke. Pour 1/2 c dressing over salad. Repeat with remaing ingredients/ Pour extra dressing over top.
Sprinkle with parsley.......And loving it!
