1 unbaked 9 inch (4 C. volume) deep dish pie shell
3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
1 3/4 C. (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 1//2 C. (12 oz. ) evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger & cloves. In lg, bowl beat eggs lightly. Stir in pumpkin & sugar mixture. Gradually stir in milk, pour into shell.
Bake preheated 425 oven for 15 min. Reduce temp. to 350 .Bake for 40 to 50 min. or til knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
