1 unbaked 9 inch (4 C. volume) deep dish pie shell
3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
1 3/4 C. (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 1//2 C. (12 oz. ) evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger & cloves. In lg, bowl beat eggs lightly. Stir in pumpkin & sugar mixture. Gradually stir in milk, pour into shell.
Bake preheated 425 º oven for 15 min. Reduce temp. to 350 º.Bake for 40 to 50 min. or til knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
