Sunflower seeds
Oriental ramen noodles(crushed)

Dressing

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
2 packets of spice packets from ramen noodles
Directions:

Mix salad ingredients
Mix dressing ingredients and pour on top of salad.
