2 C. all purpose flour
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 C. vegetable oil
3/4 C. buttermilk
1 stick butter ( 8 T.)
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt & baking soda in a med. bowl & mix well. Stir in veg. oil. Add buttermilk and stir just til blended.

2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface til smooth. Roll into a 15x8-inch rectangle.

3. Preheat oven to 400 º . Grease a 9 inch round baking pan lightly.

4 Spread butter over the dough. Combine sugar & cinnamon in a bowl & mix well. Sprinkle over butter. Roll up rectangle, jelly roll fashion. Pinch seam to seal.

5. Cut the roll into 1 1/2 inch slices. Arrange the slices cut side up, in prepared pan. Bake til lightly browned, 15 to 20 min. Remove from oven Serve hot
