12 Eggs
2 Cups skim milk
12 Slices wheat bread
1 lb. Sausage
2 Cups cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
-Brown and drain sausage
-Trim the crust off of the bread and cover the bottom of a 9 x 12 pan
-Spread the sausage over the bread.
-Combine the eggs, milk & seasonings
-Pour egg mixture over the sausage. You can cover this and refrigerate over night if desired.
-When ready, top with the cheese, and heat at 325 for 1 hour
