-1 C 1% milk
-1 tbsp sliced almonds
-1/2 tsp powdered ginger
-1 tsp honey
-1 tsp ground flax seed
-1 tbsp low fat vanilla yogurt
-1/2 C Blueberries

1. Mix oats, milk, almonds, ginger, honey, and flax seed in a bowl
2. Nuke for 2 min.
3. Top with yogurt and blueberries
