4 chicken thighs, skinned
1 carrot sliced
Yellow beans
2 potatoes, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon chicken base

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken thighs in enough water to cover. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetables after 15 minutes. Add additional water as needed. Make the roux and add to the cooked vegetables. Add chicken base, salt and pepper.

Roux:
Make a paste of flour and oil in a pot. Brown on low heat stirring constantly. Add a small amount of water to make a smooth paste. Continue to add water. Add ½ teaspoon paprika after removing from the heat.
