1 tbs oil
2 cups diced onion
1 1/2 tbs chili powder
1 tbs minced garlic
1 1/2 teas cumin
1 teas oregano
3 cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
4 cups fat free, less sodium chicken broth
1 lb turkey burger, cooked
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbs fresh lime juice
1 diced seeded plum tomato
1/2 teas salt
1/4 - 1/2 teas pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil over medium heat for 10 min or until tender and golden. Add chili powder, garlic and cumin; saute 2 min. Add oregano and beans; cook for 30 seconds. Add broth and simmer for 20 min. Place 2 cups of bean mixture in blender and blend until smooth. Return mixture to the pan and add the rest of the ingredients.
