1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger

3/4 lb linguine

1 cup coarsely shredded carrot
3 green onions diced
2 tbsp. sesame seeded toasted
3-4 radishes thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, garlic and ginger.
Cook linguine until al dente. drain and rinse until cool.
Toss with dressing and remaining ingredients.
