1/2 pound ground pork
1 tsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp peanut oil
2 1/2 cups chopped green beans
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper flakes or to taste
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
2 cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a med bowl. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over med heat. Add pork mixture. garlic and cook part way thru. Add beans and cook thru.
Combine hoisin and next 3 ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk together. Add to pork mixture.
Cook 2 mins or until heated thru.Serve over rice
