2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup sherry
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
11/2 tbsp. minced ginger
3 cloves minced garlic
11/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and let marinate for 6 hours.
Take wings out of marinade and cook on the bbq. Reserve marinade.
Boil marinade for 5 - 7 mins on a low boil to get rid of bacteria.
Brush wings with cook marinade near the end of cooking for added flavor and moisture.
