1 1/2 cups butter softened
1 8oz cream cheese
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and cream cheese on medium speed for 2 min

Gradually add sugar, beat for 5 to 7 min

Add eggs one at a time

Add vanilla, mix well

Combine flour and salt

Gradually add to butter mixture beating at low speed just until blended

Pour into greased tube pan

Fill 2-cup glass measuring cup with water and put in oven with cake

Bake 300 for 1 hour 30 min

Cool on wire rack 10 to 15 min

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp milk, add more if needed
