1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 lb ripe bananas (2-3 large)
1/ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter; cream with sugar

Mash bananas

Add to butter and sugar

Add salt, cinnamon, lemon juice, and egg

Sift flour with baking powder

FOLD into liquid mixture

Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

Serve with honey, cream cheese or ice cream
