2 T. instant coffee
3 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
1/2 c. light cream
2 T. corn syrup
1 c. milk
3 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 package (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 8" square pan; set aside. Combine first 6 ingredients; bring to boil over low heat. Cook without stirring to soft ball stage. Remove from fire, add butter and vanilla, do not stir. Cool to 110* or lukewarm. Beat until thickens, add nuts and chocolate chips. Turn into pan.
