3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk

Pre heat oven to 375º

combine. work into a ball and refrigerate.
bake for 6- 10 minutes. They will expand. They also don't brown like ordinary cookies.

For peppermint cookies:

I used French Vanilla cake mix
1/2 bag of Andes Peppermint chips. (If these are not available, use chopped white almond bark and crushed candy canes.)
1 teaspoon REAL vanilla (or vodka vanilla)
