3 c cooked chick peas (reserve the liquid)
3 garlic cloves (or more to taste)
3 tbsp. tahini
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. lemon juice (or more to taste)
1/2 tea ground cumin
1/2 tea ground coriander
cayenne
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4-1/3 c reserved chick pea liquid
paprika for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything except for paprika into food processor and pulse until desired thickness. Add extra chick pea liquid as necessary. Try leaving some whole chick peas for varied texture.

Sprinkle paprika and olive oil over hummus to serve and serve with warm pita, pita chips or carrots.

I add a good amount of cayenne and lemon to my hummus to make it extra yummy. I also like to leave in some whole chick peas.
