4 garlic cloves
2 c canned chickpeas, keep the liquid
1 plus 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c tahini
6 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
2 tbsp. water or liquid from the chickpeas
8 dashes hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chick peas with hot water. Add all the ingredients to the food processor and process until the hummus is pureed.

Taste, for seasoning, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
