1 C white vinegar
1 Tbsp salt
2 C sugar
1/2 Tbsp celery seed
7 C thinly sliced unpeeled cucumber
3 thinly sliced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, and celery seed. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Refrigerate 2-3 days, stirring occasionally. May be served or placed into freezer containers, leaving room for expansion, sealed and frozen. Will keep 10-12 months in freezer, thaw to serve. Makes about 3 pints. Great way to use up a surplus of cucumbers!
