Ingredients:
6 ears fresh corn or frozen with the shucks still on

Directions:
Directions:
Pluck fresh ears of corn from the garden. Cut tassels off, but do not remove shucks. Place ears with shucks on them in the microwave, and cook on high for approximately 2 minutes each ear (time may vary according to size of ears). Remove shucks and silks and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Corn can be frozen in the shucks and then microwaved as above. It takes longer to cook, of course, when corn is frozen. Do not thaw before placing in microwave!
