2 lb. bag of Hash Brown Potatoes
1 can of Creamy Chicken Soup (10.75 oz.)
1/4 Cup Milk
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 Stick of Butter
1/2 Cup Onion
10 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and add butter, sauté together and set aside.
Mix all other ingredients and add in the sautéed onions.
Place all ingredients on a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 300º 1-1/2hrs.

Salt and pepper to taste. Serve
