4-6 lbs. Lean Spareribs
1 C. Cold Double Strength Coffee
1/2 C. Molasses
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 C. Dijon Mustard
1/2 C. Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place spareribs on a rack in a roasting pan and bake 45 minutes. Drain off fat.

While baking, combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and heat until bubbly.

Pour hot sauce over drained ribs, removing rack first. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with sauce.
