4 lbs. Beef or Pork Ribs
1/2 C. Vinegar
1 Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1/2 Stalk Celery (Chopped)
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Water
1/2 C. Pineapple chunks (Drained)
1 T. Cornstarch
1/2 C. Pineapple Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut ribs in pan. Mix vinegar, bell pepper, celery, brown sugar and water together. Pour over meat and cover. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and add pineapple chunks. Mix cornstarch with pineapple juice and spread over ribs.
Return to oven for 20-30 minutes more or until dry and thick.
