1/4 c. hot water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 c. strawberries, chopped
1 1/2 c. peaches, chopped
1/4 t. vanilla
conf. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hot water and gelatin; set aside. Blend yogurt an 1/2 c. each of the strawberries and peaches in a blender. In a large bowl combine yogurt mixture and gelatin mixture and vanilla. Fold in 1/2 c. each of both the strawberries and peaches. Cover and chill for 1 hour or until slightly firm. Then with mixer on low speed, beat mixture until softened, about 2 minutes. Spoon onto meringue shells and top with remaining fruit. Sprinkle with conf. sugar.
