4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 large cooking apples peeled and diced small
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat over to 375º Grease and flour 18 muffin pan cups. These are 3" cups. Into a large bowl, measure all ingredients except apples and nuts. Mix with mixer at low speed until blended. Stir in apples and walnuts.
Spoon into muffin pans. Bale 25 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 - 10 minutes. Move to racks.
