Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 LB boneless pork shoulder or
butt,it’s the same thing
1-2 tbsp oil
salt, pepper, garlic powder and
brown sugar -1 tbsp.each and mix together
1 large or 2 small onions ,
coarsely chopped
4 cloves of garlic (sliced or chopped)
1 can of beer and 1/4 cup of sugar OR
1 can of cola
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
Several dashes of Worcester



Directions:
Directions:
Night before (recommended but not necessary) Pat pork dry with paper towel
Rub spice mixture over pork, cover and let sit in fridge overnight.

Next Day:
Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Brown Pork on all sides
Remove Pork from frying pan and add onions and garlic for a couple of minutes.
Place pork covered in spices in slow cooker. Pour beer or cola over pork (if using beer, pour sugar into beer around pork)
Spread Dijon mustard over top of pork.Top with onions and garlic. Add Worcester to liquid
Place lid on slow cooker, turn on low and cook for minimum of 6 hours but up to 10
