2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar Cream these 3 together
2 c. sugar

4eggs Add these 2 to above
2 tsp. vanilla

4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal (blend in small amounts in blender into powder)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat over to 375º. After creaming butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Slowly add the dry ingredients. To final mixture, add 24oz. of chocolate chips, 8 oz. of grated chocolate bar. This could be a Hershey Bar, or a dark chocolate bar. 3 c. nuts of any kind if wanted.

Bake on parchment lined baking sheets. Make golf ball sized mounds with ice cream scoop, about 11/2 inch in diameter. At least 2" apart.
Bake for 6 minutes, check for doneness..

This recipe is for the cookies made at the Cookie factory at the malls. A nurse called the company and asked for the recipe. The company said yes, they would sell the recipe for two- fifty. She thought $2.50 and had them add it to her credit card. She was billed $250.00.
