1/2 c (1 stick) butter, softened
2 c sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 eggs
1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and cornstarch in bowl. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.

Pour mixture in a piecrust. Cover piecrust edges with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake for 45 minutes or until center sets.
