Spiced Pumpkin Roll Recipe

3/4 c. Flour
2 tsp. Cinn
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
3 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Pumpkin

1 c. Powdered Sugar
2 (3oz) pkg. of Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
*Beat all ingredients until smooth

Mix Flour, Cinn, Baking Powder, Ginger, Nutmeg, & Salt. Set Aside.
In a mixing bowl - beat Eggs at high speed for 5 minutes or until thick, gradually beat in Sugar.
Using low speed, mix in Flour & Pumpkin.
Line a greased 10x15in. pan w/wax paper. Grease paper.
Spread batter in pan.

Bake at 375* for 15 min.
Remove paper.
Roll Pumpkin cake into a towel sprinkled with 10x sugar. (confect. sugar)
Cool completely.
Then unroll & spread filling.
Re-roll, sprinkle a little more 10x sugar on outside & then wrap.
