2-lbs. grouper cut in 1" cubes
2-cups diced potatoes
1-green pepper diced
1-pint 1/2 and 1/2
2-tbps. butter
2-slices crispy bacon
salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer potatoes and green pepper with enough water to cover until tender. Add fish and simmer till flaky; usually just a few minutes. Add 1/2 and 1/2 and heat, then float NOT stir the butter. Salt and pepper to taste and crumble crispy bacon to top it off.
