1 1/2- 2 pounds ground beef
3-4 cans chili hot beans
1 can mild rotel tomatoes
2 packages chili seasoning mix
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce

1 head cabbage, finely shredded
1 small or 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons sugar
mayo to desired

Chili-brown meat and drain, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes stirring often, double for more people

coleslaw- mix all together and cool until ready to use, if doubling do not double the sugar
