2 pound ground beef (browned)
2 medium bell peppers (finely chopped)
1/2 stalk celery (finely chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 pound grated cheese
1 large onion
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
1 can tomato juice (13 1/2 oz)
2- 8 oz. packages curly noodles (cooked and drained)
Salt and pepper to taste

cook peppers, onion and celery in butter
mix with meat and noodles in large bowl
add soups and juices mix gently
place in large baking dish, bake for 15 minutes on 350, then cover top with grated cheese baking at another 15 minutes
