1 lb. Fusilli pasta or shape of your choice
2 green peppers
3 carrots
1 sweet onion
1 pt. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 c. vinegar
1/2-3/4 c. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, rinse, drain and place in large bowl. Chop green peppers and onion, grate carrots and add to pasta. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl until well blended. Add to pasta and vegetables. Stir until pasta is coated. Place in sealed bowl and chill overnight before serving.
