Lemon Squares Recipe

1 c flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Second Mixture:
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
powdered sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first mixture together in a bowl and press into an 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until light brown.
Beat and pour second mixture over first mixture. Bake 25 minutes more at 350 degrees. Cool and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar. Cool before removing from pan. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
